Feeling stuck with a specific challenge and not sure how to move forward? Single Strategy Sessions are designed for individuals who are ready to take action and need a clear, practical plan to tackle a particular issue, but aren’t ready to make the commitment to ongoing therapy.
In this focused 60-90 minute session, we’ll dive into one specific challenge—whether it’s a relationship issue, a persistent insecurity, or a situation causing anxiety—and work together to develop actionable steps you can implement right away. Unlike traditional therapy, this is not a space to explore the deeper why behind your challenges. Instead, it's designed for individuals who are ready to take decisive steps and want expert guidance on how to do so effectively.
Please note that Single Strategy Sessions are not a substitute for ongoing therapy and are not covered by insurance. These sessions are available on a self-pay basis.
